It was September 11, 2001 and I was driving in my car on my way to work, listening to the radio, and thinking, "There joking. This is some sick joke." Then, with horror, I realized it was the truth. I got to work and we turned on the television. I was watching the news and watched as the second plane flew into the second of the Twin Towers. I saw the images that they won't air anymore. The people jumping from the falling and burning buildings. The images are emblazoned in my memory. The feelings, every moment of that morning lives on in my memory. I will never forget. I will never forget what we're fighting for, or why. May God bless the USA!

Hey Heather! Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. I too love blogging! You have SUCH a beautiful family. So precious! Anyway, I'm glad we can keep in touch via blogging now! =)
I was getting ready for school on 9/11/01 when my mom came and told me and she was crying. I was so confused and didn't know what she was talking about. Then I saw it with my own eyes and couldn't believe it. By the time I got to school the second one had been hit and I watched them both fall from TV at school. Kids weren't even joking or being rowdy in the halls. It was a very somber day.
